The elderly can also be given similar products to keep their arthritic hands busy and many hospitals and Day Care Centres have special days where our parents or grandparents or young disabled can be taken for day trips. They are given lunch, and get to make things with their hands, it is a fantastic day out for them to socialise with others the same age, or with similar problems. It also gives carers a break for the day. I believe this to be a wonderful concept and there should be more of them
